Stamina Don スタミナ丼




  • Butabara - pork chopped on very thin slices - like ham (belly is the best part)
  • Negi (Japanese spring onion) (half stem, sliced 1 cm thickness ) 
  • Garlic (as you like maybe 3 pcs)
  • Oil
  • * Japanese Shoyu (soy sauce) 2 tbs 
  • * Mirin (sweet rice wine) 1 tbsp 
  • * Sake (rice wine) 1 tbsp 
  • * Chicken or pork soup 1/2 cube 
  • Black pepper

How to
  1. Mix * ingredients in another bowl.
  2. Stir garlic on low-medium heat until it has a nice smell. 
  3. Add pork, stir until color changes (half cooked), then add green onion.
  4. Add mixed sauce, then add pepper. Stir a bit
  5. Serve with rice
