Stamina Don スタミナ丼
- Butabara - pork chopped on very thin slices - like ham (belly is the best part)
- Negi (Japanese spring onion) (half stem, sliced 1 cm thickness )
- Garlic (as you like maybe 3 pcs)
- Oil
- * Japanese Shoyu (soy sauce) 2 tbs
- * Mirin (sweet rice wine) 1 tbsp
- * Sake (rice wine) 1 tbsp
- * Chicken or pork soup 1/2 cube
- Black pepper
How to
- Mix * ingredients in another bowl.
- Stir garlic on low-medium heat until it has a nice smell.
- Add pork, stir until color changes (half cooked), then add green onion.
- Add mixed sauce, then add pepper. Stir a bit
- Serve with rice
