Kynute knedliky / Bread dumplings

Suroviny:

  • 1/2kg hrube mouky
  • Instant drozdi - 4g
  • 1/4l mleka
  • 2 vejce
  • 1 rohlik
  • sul 1/2 cajove lzicky


Rohliky -  pokud jsou suche, namocim do mleka na 1h.
Rozkvasim kvasek - kus mleka s drozdim, poradne rozmicham a necham aspon 15-20 minut odlezet.
Potom smicham s moukou a vejci, pridam pul caj. lzicky soli a rohliky Vsechno poradne prohnetam a necham 1h kynout.

Dam varit osolenou vodu a ve vrouci vode varim 10 minut z kazde strany. Po vyndani z vody se musi knedlik propichat spejli.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kg hard flour
  • Instant yeasts - 4g
  • 1/4 l milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small white bread
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • pinch of sugar

Tear white bread to small pieces and soak in the milk.
Make the yeast base - mix the instant yeasts with a little of the milk, pinch of sugar, mix thoroughly and leave aside for 15-20 min.

Mix all with flour and eggs. Keep adding milk in steps - e.g. half of the amount first, mix it all for some time, add the second half, keep mixing until the dough forms.

Leave it rise for 30 min. Form the dumpling shape, leave it rise for another 30 min.

Boil the water with salt, add dumplings to the boiling water, keep it boiling for 10 minutes, then flip to other side, boil for another 10 minutes.

Take it out of the water and pierce with the wooden stick on several places so it can breath.
